If your product arrives and it has been damaged during shipping, I will refund you the full cost of the item. Please reach out to me via email (which can be found under ‘contact’) with a photo of the damage, and send the product back to me. (Please note you will need to cover the return postage.) For orders from outside of Australia, I cannot refund the original shipping cost, however for orders within Australia I will refund the original cost of shipping.
Every product was designed by me, and printed using a local printing service or third party. I use procreate, which allows me to digitally draw and paint my designs. For my art prints, I bring the files to my local printing service where they are printed on high-quality art paper with a lustre finish. My sticker designs are emailed to a third party, and I receive the printed stickers in the post… ready to be shipped out to you!
